Transfers Administrator

Our client is a highly successful and growing wealth management company and now have a great opportunity for a Transfer Administrator to join their Platforms Operations team.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing all aspects of a transfer, BAU and migration transfers
- Carry out vigorous checks of all the transfer documentation to ensure that the transfer can be processed efficiently without error or delay
- Communicate with counterparties, pension providers, fund managers, registrars, and custodians to expedite the client assets to and from the business
- Track and report on transfers in flight and ensure adherence to Service Level agreements
- Ensure transfer ISA history and bookcosts have been recorded onto the system
- Liaising with internal departments to follow up and update on progress of transfer
- Actively seek ways of improving quality and efficiencies in procedures
Skills and Experience required:
- Educated to a minimum degree level (minimum 2:1) from a leading university or have at least 2 years’ experience in financial services
- An excellent communicator with a positive mindset
- Ability to work alone and well in a team
- Curiosity for solving business problems
- A technology native who has applied experience with Microsoft Excel but who is comfortable applying that knowledge to other systems
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to multiple deadlines, often autonomously with a strong attention to detail
- The ability to form successful professional relationships both internally and externally
- Knowledge of ATG / Origo is an advantage but not essential
