Team Assistant/Office Manager

Are you looking for an exciting new role where you will be highly valued? Our client is a well established and very successful London based wealth management company opening up in Bristol from superb new offices overlooking the harbour.
The role will be extremely varied involving support to a Partner and Financial Planner responsible for developing and growing the business here so you will be involved from the outset! The company is not highly corporate but has a smaller, social and friendly feel and you will be given training and help from their London office.
Responsibilities:
- Diary and travel management
- Management of emails including responding and filing
- Coordination of client and internal meetings and presentations
- Expenses
- Dealing with client queries and drafting letters
- Booking and coordinating broker meetings, travel, lunches and events
- Greeting clients in person
Skills and Experience required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate
- Great organisation skills and attention to detail
- Discretion and confidentiality
