Team Assistant/Office Manager

Central Bristol

Salary £28K – £30K + extensive benefits including medical insurance, life assurance, discretionary bonus scheme and more!

Are you looking for an exciting new role where you will be highly valued? Our client is a well established and very successful London based wealth management company opening up in Bristol from superb new offices overlooking the harbour.

The role will be extremely varied involving support to a Partner and Financial Planner responsible for developing and growing the business here so you will be involved from the outset! The company is not highly corporate but has a smaller, social and friendly feel and you will be given training and help from their London office.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary and travel management
  • Management of emails including responding and filing
  • Coordination of client and internal meetings and presentations
  • Expenses
  • Dealing with client queries and drafting letters
  • Booking and coordinating broker meetings, travel, lunches and events
  • Greeting clients in person

Skills and Experience required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Great organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Discretion and confidentiality
