We have a superb opportunity for an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our client, a hugely successful international software company and leading provider of a cloud-based finance system based in Bristol. The job role
The team is rapidly growing, and they are now looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who will be dedicated to supporting their direct market. This exciting role comes with a varied job remit including copywriting, content creation, events, campaign management and implementation of their marketing strategy to grow their direct sales channel.
As Senior Marketing Executive you will focus on the delivery of successful offline and online campagins. You will get to work across a range of channels and customers from charities to professional organisations, implementing multi-channel campaigns to a B2B audience. Working with teams internally and externally, you will pull together and deliver successful marketing campaigns.
Main responsibilities
- Support development of marketing strategies with a focus on direct sale acquisition
- Organise, oversee and deliver campaigns (social media, PPC, events, email)
- Organise, oversee and deliver a range of events within target verticals
- Liaise with third-party agencies for PR and creative content support
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance
- Report to the Marketing Manager with feedback
Essential qualifications and experience
- Minimum 3+ years proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Strong copywriting skills
- Event planning experience and willingness to travel to events
- Strong knowledge of marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM, WordPress, MailChimp/Creatio)
- Proficient with social media and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Hootsuite)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Familiar with Adobe suite – Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
- Creativity and commercial awareness
Desired qualifications and experience
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
- Previous experience working for a finance software company
