Leading two teams of five sales executives, this is an office based position for a highly professional company working in the financial services and wealth management sectors offering plenty of future career development.
Think leading, coaching, mentoring and developing people, using your natural management and leadership skills, and then think needing to ensure that everyone in the team has the skills and empathy to deal with highly sensitive information in a considerate and efficient manner.
This is a role where KPIs are high on the agenda, and training is considered the highest priority for the teams to ensure all targets are met and exceeded. You must naturally work in an ethical and caring way, and know how to encourage others to do the same.
You must love coaching and training, and be able to easily recognise when extra help or additional skills are needed, and have a solution to ensure the assistance is provided, in a timely and effective fashion.
You have probably run a similar size team or bigger in a call centre/customer service environment, and you will definitely have had some leadership training too.
Of course you must also be a natural business developer, able to spot opportunities and act on them, whilst maintaining standards and achieving targets.
