Sales Coordinator

Salary up to £21K + team bonus
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join a highly successful family-owned company based in Aztec West, North Bristol. You will be working with a small close-knit team and enjoy speaking to clients and building great relationships in a fast-paced role. The company have a work hard and play hard mentality with some fantastic paid-for social events put on by the owners.
The Job role
You will be speaking to existing clients to provide them with exceptional service to encourage repeat business. The job will involve liaising with internal and external contacts, processing orders and tracking deliveries. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and experience of building effective relationships with clients. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is essential along with working on your own and as part of the team.
Main Duties:
- Processing customer orders, enquiries and aftersales requirements
- Communicating effectively with customers via telephone, email and through order processing
- Achieve KPI’s set to hit targets inline with business strategy and exceptional customer service
- Working alongside Field Sales, CRM Team, building successful, long-term relationships with regular clients
- Data Proceessing and use of Microsoft Office
- Ensuring up to date information is gained from the relevant departments and the customer is kept regularly informed
- Running customer reports as requested
- Attend and engage in all training provided
This role would suit someone with an outgoing and positive personality who is confident and would like to progress and take on more responsibility in the future.
