Sales Administrator
Bedminster, Bristol
£20k – £35k DOE + benefits and onsite parking
This is a great opportunity to work with a small, friendly team for a highly successful online flooring company helping with customer sales enquiries. You will need to be keen and hardworking with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Due to rapid growth they are offering a full time position 9-5pm Monday – Friday
Key responsibilities:
- Managing sales projects (taking measurements off plan)
- Responding to sales enquiries & leads (face to face and over the telephone)
- Developing existing accounts
- Researching new market opportunities
- Strategic planning and project management
- General administrative duties
- Inputting data into the website
- Face to Face Sales
- Telephone Sales (not cold calling)
Requirements & skills:
- Previous sales & admin experience beneficial
- Previous ecommerce website experience beneficial
- Highly organised, an eye for detail and a quick learner
- Creative & enthusiastic
- A good proof reader
- Good with maths
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Professional manner
- Must be hard-working and reliable
- Self motivated
Other requirements
- An interest in interiors / design, and or product design and experience with social media platforms beneficial.
