Are you a hardworking and confident administrator with excellent audio typing skills? Do you have previous experience working as an administrator within a small Sales team? This may be the job for you! Based in Hengrove this company is a specialist in their field, working around the globe in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

You will spend your days providing administrative support to the Sales team and the rest of the office, making sure to maintain a positive, friendly and helpful company image. You will excel working both independently and as a member of a team and will be computer literate with an excellent telephone manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Audio / Copy typing of correspondence; emails, letters, quotations
  • Sending of correspondence on behalf of the Sales Team
  • Using company templates to produce documentation
  • Send out company literature and samples
  • Produce documentation as required
  • Filing promptly of all correspondence
  • To extract relevant information from tender enquiries
  • To prepare quote preparation form to enable sales team to prepare job costing and quote information
  • To accurately produce quotations, letters, emails etc in company style
  • Accurately update company logs; quote numbers, samples, sales activity
  • Maintenance of office equipment; franking machine, printer, air conditioning etc.
  • Posting of correspondence
  • Make travel arrangements as required
  • Keep office area tidy and organised at all times
  • Assist in any other areas where required
