Salary up to £23K basic + Uncapped commission with no threshold

Are you a law graduate looking to start a career in recruitment or a Recruitment Consultant with some experience in any sector looking to progress with a top Bristol legal/HR recruitment agency?
We are delighted to be recruiting for a great client who is a market-leading recruitment agency with a superb reputation for excellence within the Legal and Human Resources sectors. The company has been established for over 25 years with offices throughout the UK and although they have the backing of a large Plc they have kept their culture of a professional friendly, local recruitment agency within their regions and dominate the market with a huge and loyal client base.
You will be offered support and training to become part of a highly successful team recruiting Paralegals/Legal Assistants, Legal Executives, Legal Advisors and Legal Managers as well as some more senior roles such as Legal Managers and Head of Operations.
You would also work on other roles within Human Resources at all levels such as HR Advisors, HR Managers and HR Directors as well as Risk & Compliance roles.
Your region would cover South West, South Wales and South East and your clients would include international law firms to small practices and other large companies.
This role would also offer involvement in marketing. You could be helping to run CILEX events, presenting at career fairs or attending some Junior Lawyer Division seminars and social events.
The Person (need to be)
We are looking for experienced consultants from any sector or graduates (preferably law graduates) with some experience in a recruitment or similar sales background. You will be given a clear and comprehensive training programme.
