We are recruiting for a stand out administrator who’s friendly and personable with excellent communication skills to join our client in Avonmouth. Working nationally in the plant hire and logistics industry the company is looking for a bright spark to join them at a time of great growth and change.
Your day will always be varied, providing direct support to the Project Manager as well as helping with the every day management of the company’s assets. You’ll be helping support new projects and implementing IT operational systems and software as well as training colleagues on IT systems.
What do we need from you?
-You will be friendly and personable with strong communication skills, both written and verbal that can be utilised to deliver successful training both group and one on one
-You’ll be able to work off your own back and take responsibility for assigned tasks
-You will be detail-oriented and organised, with a logical mindset
-Proficient in the whole MS suite, you’ll be able to hit the ground running and pick up internal software programmes with ease
-If you have experience in identifying, tracking and mitigating risks and issues in a project or a business environment this will be extremely beneficial to your application
-Experience with change management or implementing change
-Experience in Rentalresult or rental software packages
-Office based experience in the plant hire industry
-Project co-ordinator experience
