Part time Office Coordinator/Manager

Central Bristol office-based role

15 – 16 hours per week over 3 days

Salary £23 – £25K pro rata

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the engineering team
  • Being the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers
  • Managing the building, keeping up with maintenance contracts, utility providers, security services, IT and communication suppliers
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationary, IT equipment, and sundries to ensure smooth office operations
  • Organising team events and socials
  • Keeping HR records up to date, such as emergency contact information and employee addresses
  • Supporting the finance department with filing and general admin tasks
  • Ordering PPE and assisting the Health & Safety Officer
  • Helping with employee travel arrangements

Skills and experience:

  • You must have decent computer skills
  • Be a creative and innovative problem solver
  • Be enthusiastic and motivated
  • Be a self-starter, willing to work out what needs doing, and get on and do it
  • Be organised and methodical
  • Be a great communicator with a desire to embed yourself in their lovely team to make the organisation work smoothly
