Part time Client Services Administrator (5 hours per day)

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and knowledgeable part time, Client Services Administrative Support person, to be based daily, at their Solent Office in Whiteley.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Client Services and their role will involve distribution and dispatch of daily incoming and outgoing post, distributing emails, participation in office meetings, answering telephone calls, assistance with facility management and potentially a variety of project work.
The successful candidate will be delivery orientated and a well organised individual, preferably with experience within a financial planning environment. The following will also be advantageous:
- • Knowledge of investment products ISAs, Pensions, Bonds
- • Experience of using a CRM system
- • Be a good team player
- • A passion for excellent customer service
- • A self-starter
