PA to Creative Director (J8752) – 12 FTC – Central Bristol – up to £26,000 per annum

Our centrally located client is seeking an established PA to support them for a 12 month period. The role is supporting their creative Director, with additional support to other areas of the business as and when required. This is a wonderful opportunity to work within a energetic and creatively lead business.

What you will be doing…
• Provide diary management for CD, understanding and proactively managing conflicting calls on the time and prioritising accordingly
• Ensure the Director has his daily schedule the evening before.
• Maintain and manage the Director’s ongoing task list.
Organise the schedules and ensure all resources required to fulfil the purpose of
activities and arrives at meetings in a timely manner.
• Arrange and facilitate meetings and travel, both domestic and international.
• Greet and receive visitors.
• Set and arrange meeting schedules for business trips
• Work closely and collaboratively with other members of the team in planning delegations to conferences and festivals.
• Prioritise and screen telephone calls and general enquiries.
• Maintain electronic contact files, both personal and professional.
• Review the Director’s incoming emails when required and deal with accordingly.
• Updating and maintaining travel reward schemes.
• Liaise with production staff to ensure communication is constant and of high standard and they are supported in their need for access to the Director.
• Establish, maintain and manage a broad range of relationships internally and externally.
• Take minutes as requested at Company meetings.
• Provide personal support to the CD
• You will be part of the internal Icon event management team.
• Provide cover for PA to MD and Assistant to CD.
• Managing complex and varied projects
• Any other duties as they arise, as directed by your Line Manager.
• Act as an Ambassador for the brand.
