Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join an award-winning creative agency working in the fastest growing tech-entertainment industry sector?  Working within the Operations team, you will be managing the smooth running and maintenance of the office, general support to the Directors and planning company events.  You will need to be highly competent with IT for this role, including Mac, PC and Google Workspace to deal with IT queries supported by outsourced specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management – maintaining stock levels, cleaning, maintenance, point of contact for enquiries/visitors and management of office overhead budget.
  • Facilities Management/Health and Safety – risk assessments, managing trades, suppliers and contractors, building lease contracts, landlord/tenant matters and compliance in common areas.
  • IT Hardware & Software – first point of contact for queries, escalating issues with IT specialists, IT procurement, managing of computers and phones for new starters, freelancers and leavers, ensure tools, systems and software licences are up to date.
  • General Administration – supporting Directors and Operations team, managing post and deliveries, assisting with internal communications.
  • Events – managing the planning and coordination of company events such as Xmas and Summer parties and ad hoc away days.

Skills & Experience:

  • Confident and competent in all things related to IT inclusive of Mac and PC, experience with Google Workspace
  • Proven experience in similar role, demonstrating ability to bring new ideas to update and streamline processes.
  • Flexible approach to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience building positive working relationships with all levels of staff.
  • Experience from a creative or advertising agency would be highly advantageous.
