The Person
If you’re academically strong and approach challenges with a confident, positive attitude this could be the job for you. Successful previous hires have included law graduates as well as both ex-lawyers and candidates who already have legal recruitment experience. You will need a desire to work in a sector with varied subject matter and on job roles which command lucrative remuneration packages.
If you are a recent graduate they will equip you with all the recruitment skills you need to be successful in the legal market. If you are people focused, highly commercial in outlook and committed to achieving goals but struggling to identify a career path that matches your ambition, recruitment could be a perfect fit.
The Job role
As a Consultant you’ll be joining a team of Paralegal Recruiters who also deal with highly paid legal management roles. After completing our training programme, you will have a lot of freedom to manage your own desk and define your commercial direction. You will be trusted to do a good job and be given the tools and the space you need to do it. At the same time, you’ll still have all the management and support you need.
Developing your relationships with clients that include top-tier firms, you’ll have the scope to become a leading market expert. As you progress, you’ll even have the opportunity to lead teams, pitch for new business and develop new markets.
