Our client is a discretionary investment management company providing investment management services and financial planning solutions to private clients. They are a highly successful, privately owned, LLP, with 4 offices in the UK, a Channel Islands regulated subsidiary and one on-shore and two off-shore fund entities. Due to unprecedented growth our client are looking to expand the Client Services team. The role will report to the Head of Client Services and Dealing. It is a critical post that can provide the successful Investment Administrator with a fulfilling career that enables them to develop in a variety of ways whether that be improving their technical knowledge, helping to shape the operating model in a growing company or develop skills to become a Financial Adviser.
The role includes dealing directly with clients and advisers, whether that be resolving client queries, helping advisers prepare for client meetings and implementing the outcomes of those meetings as well as a variety of project work.
The successful candidate will be a delivery orientated and well-organised individual, with experience within a financial planning environment:
The following will also be advantageous;
- Knowledge of investment products ISAs, Pensions, Bonds
- Experience of using CURO
- A mathematical disposition evidenced through either exam passes, strong IT knowledge or experience
- Be degree educated
- Be a good team player
- Experience of delivering process improvement
- A self-starter
This fantastic role is offered with a very competitive salary of £25,000-£38,000 depending upon experience and knowledge, generous holiday allowance and benefits (pension, Income protection and death in service). Relevant exam support after the successful completion of a probationary period will also be offered to the right candidate.
