Inbound Sales Executive
North Bristol
Salary £23K – 25K basic salary + Commission up to £3K paid monthly (26K- £28K OTE)
Driving licence and car required
Our client is a highly successful and award-winning cloud communications company based in North Bristol with superb offices and great team culture. Due to expansion, they are now looking for someone to help provide first class Customer Care and Sales Support to their existing customer base and Account Management Team.
The job role
Sales Support
- Handling inbound customer and sales queries
- Upselling and cross selling across product range where possible
- Creation and issue of quotes/sales order paperwork
- Co-ordinating free trials
- Out of office contact for Account Managers
- Renewals Management (alongside Sales Operations and Account Management team)
- Implementation of outreach sales campaigns to generate additional revenue
Administration
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling diaries
- Handling returns and warranty queries
- Managing correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Working alongside the rest of the business including the Marketing and Business development teams with admin support as and when needed
The Person
- Excellent customer care and organisational skills
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills to include Excel and Word
- Excellent administrative skills
- An ability to work independently and as a team
- Good written and verbal English
- Driving licence and car
