Head of Creative
Swindon 2 days a week, rest can be remote
£65-70k + £7k car allowance + excellent benefits
As Head of Creative, you will be responsible for the leadership of the in-house design team, with the vision necessary to develop the team to build an innovative and creative way of thinking. Providing direction to a team of designers, photographers and image editors, ensuring creative deliverables are aligned to all stakeholders’ expectations.
Skills and experience required:
It goes without saying that you’ll be Proficient in design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch, Adobe XDetc.
Have worked on both digital and print assets
Have big brand experience, ideally in something like retail, lifestyle, homeware, but we’re open to all big brand experience, especially if you have been involved with brand refreshes or brand repositioning.
It’s essential you are naturally creative as you’ll be carrying that part of the marketing team
The ability to work at pace and not be thrown by last minute changes!
Be involved in bigger picture of the business.
