Facilities Administrator – up to £27K

TV Production Company in Bristol

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the top 20 biggest TV production companies in the UK with an outstanding reputation for their popular and innovative programmes from entertainment to documentaries to daytime and features.

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Administrator to support the daily Bristol office operations.It is a busy role reporting to Head of Facilities in London and Head of Production & Operations in Bristol.Ideally you will have BIFM qualifications and be used to thinking on your feet as this will be an ever-changing work environment!

Main Responsibilities of the job

·Building Management issues;

·Office security;

·Floor planning/desk allocation;

·Catering;

·Stationery;

·Managing expenditure;

·Managing office cleaning;

·Office recycling;

·A key holder in the event of emergencies;

·Overseeing the collation of ESOS data;

·Working to Head of Facilities with contracts and disaster recovery plans.

·HVAC (aircon) maintenance;

·Alarms;and

·CCTV&Access controls

Health&Safety:

Working alongside an industry H&S provider for mentoring and guidance, you will be updating H&S File (to include Fire Warden & First Aid Training) PAT testing, annual FRA, DSE, Accident reporting – all these are guides to what is mandatory at local level.

Knowledge and Skills required

·Previous experience in a Facilities Admin role is essential;

·Ideally a BIFM Qualification;

·Ideally H&S IOSH certified but not essential;

·Fire Warden& First Aid experience;

·Proficient in the use of MS Office suite(Word,PowerPoint,Excel&Box);

·Friendly and positive with an enthusiastic approach;

·Able to work in a fast-paced environment;

·Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to balance priorities;

·Highly organised, detail oriented and accurate;

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills and listening skills;

·Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships;

·Displays credibility and professionalism; and strong team player.
