Executive Personal Assistant to CEO

TV Production Company

Bristol (office based)

Salary c. £40K

We have an extremely exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Executive PA to support the CEO of an outstanding TV Production company with the environment at its heart. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role and is central to the efficient running of the company.

You will need to have at last 5 year’s experience as an Executive PA. Ideally, you’ll have worked within the media/television environment or be able to demonstrate that your skills and experience are quickly transferrable. To be effective in the role, you will need to be self-motivated, highly organised, emotionally intelligent and be able to work at pace.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO emails and diary ensuring company and project meetings are scheduled in advance with urgent requests for meetings prioritised and accommodated efficiently
  • Ensure CEO is fully prepared for meetings with agendas, papers, reports etc
  • Liaise with Production teams to ensure all Production meetings are diarised in advance
  • Build strong relationships with counterparts at key clients and stakeholders
  • Manage CEO travel arrangements and create detailed schedules for UK and international travel.
  • Draft communications, under direction from and on behalf of CEO
  • Deliver research support to the CEO where required
  • Complete CEO’s monthly expenses
  • Collate quarterly board reports and presentation packs
  • Generate and test programme links e.g. Vimeo, WeTransfer, Sharepoint
  • Set up Zoom and Teams meetings and troubleshoot basic IT issues for CEO

Skills and experience required:

  • Self-motivated, highly organised, highly literate and be able to work at pace
  • Degree level educational background
  • Able to stay calm and focussed and re-prioritise work as needed
  • Confident and effective at senior stakeholder relationship management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Excellent IT skills (MS office, Vimeo, WeTransfer etc.)
  • Excellent social media skills
  • Able to work independently and confidentially
  • Diplomatic and discreet
