Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager looking for your next challenge? We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic people person with a positive outlook to join a lovely team within a fast growing company. You will become a key member of a busy team supporting the sales of all brands in a fun and vibrant sector.

The Customer Service Manager will work in a hands on role as part of the Sales and Customer Service team driving the delivery of excellent customer service and ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and deliveries made on time.

Key responsibilities will require you to:

  • Support, train and monitor the performance of the office based team to ensure that they maintain the highest levels of customer service
  • Develop and maintain robust processes and practice within the Customer Service team to ensure that they work effectively with our sales and logistics operations as well as provide outstanding service to customers.
  • Monitor workloads and delegate tasks accordingly to ensure the smooth running of processing and administrative tasks within the customer service team
  • Manage escalated customer complaints
  • Authorise refunds and returns
  • Monitor issues and report back to Senior Management on a regular basis
  • Assist with increasing sales through the customer service team
  • Manage and improve process throughout the Customer Service function
  • Providing a key link between the Sales, Customer Service and delivery teams to ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained
  • Take responsibility for performance management, capability and disciplinary matters within the team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous customer service management experience in a sales driven environment
  • An understanding of the approach needed for a prestige brand
  • The ability to create and deliver training
  • Strong IT skills and database experience
  • Strong attention to detail with an organised and accurate work style
  • Polished and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
