We have just been asked to find a dynamic Customer Service Executive for our client based over in South Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a busy team supporting the sales team within a fast-growing company in the outdoor textiles and netting industry.
The successful Customer Service Executive will work with the Customer Service and Sales team to generate revenue by taking orders over the phone, order processing and delivering excellent service to customers through answering their queries and resolving any issues.
Essential skills and experience required:
- Previous customer service experience ideally gained in an office or retail environment
- Strong IT skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A flexible, can-do attitude
