Our client is based in an area where independent travel is essential as there is no public transport available.  There is free parking!

They are looking for a key member of a small, busy team.  Duties include:

Services & Investment Recovery

·         Demonstrate knowledge and information  

·         Responsible for communication with all Services partners

·         Provide day-to-day logistical support for Services partners

·         Responsible for customer service calls to key contacts within KEY Services partners

·         Manage & maintain IR partner requests to ensure compliance with data recording

·         Responsible for accurately updating customer information in all in-house systems

·         Using SmartestParts (with input from the EMEA Sales team when required) to provide FMW equipment valuations for partners

·         Responsible for communicating with customer contacts to retrieve site details and ensuring timely collections

·         Arrange & monitor shipments of Services partner collections. When necessary, work with customs brokers and freight forwarders on the clearance and export/import/ licensing of equipment

 

 Internal Communication

·         Engage with Management team when required to address customer queries

·         Liaise with Finance team to address any settlement statement queries, working with Account Manager as necessary

·         Arrange quarterly meetings

 Additional Job Requirements

·         Assist Technical Services team on projects, providing support as required

·         Provide coverage for administrative department as necessary

·         Ability to prioritise key duties and tasks

·         Excellent time management skills

·         Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and customers

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·         Highly proficient level computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

·         Advanced level Excel Skills – essential!

This position is offered initially a 12 month Fixed Term contract.
