The job role
As the CRM Specialist you will be part of the UK Marketing Team helping to develop and grow the company’s email strategy – reaching out to both direct and partner audiences.
You will focus on optimising, testing and creating new campaigns for each of the market verticals. Working closely with other international CRM leads, you will contribute to the Group’s overall email best practice whilst running your own campaigns and test/learn strategies.
Skills & Experience required
At least 3 years’ experience of working in a CRM or Email Marketing role
In-house or Agency background (B2B experience essential)
Good knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Creatio)
Analytically minded with knowledge of A/B testing
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
