Creative Studio Manager
Remote and 2 days in Swindon
A number two role to the Head of Creative, to manage a busy creative studio in Swindon but you can work remotely for three days per week. You’ll be an experienced graphic designer who has managed teams and can produce quality creative content of various mediums such as print, digital, TV advertising, email, digital marketing and social media.
You’ll manage digital, print and artwork and design led projects and studio workflows.
It’s an ideal opportunity for a creative designer who has experience of running a studio but who can also assist with creating both digital and offline designs and campaigns.
Work on developing brand strategy, messaging and modernising the brand persona.
Develop and coach a creative team

Skills & Experience required:
Managed a team of designers/creatives
Managed workflow, budgets and timelines
Skilled with Adobe Creative
Brand awareness – how to work with brand guidelines and tone
Develop new concepts and improve processes within the team
