Creative Design Lead (Production)

Salary up to £30K doe + benefits including private health care
Hybrid working min 2 days a week in the office
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and highly successful boutique training consultancy. The expanding business creates and delivers interactive workshops and training packages for companies ranging from small independent businesses to large corporate organisations.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development of a variety of training and event materials including video production, PowerPoint and print assets. As a member of a small team you will need to have a hands-on approach and provide overall direction for a small and fun skilled team of freelance Designers and Producers.
Main responsibilities
·Taking a detailed brief and planning the team’s workload to achieve deadlines
·Oversee all production in terms of compliance with guidelines, creativity and functionality
·Be proactively involved to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are achieved to a high standard
·Collaborate and coordinate with Project Managers
Skills Required
·Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced)
·Microsoft Office suite (Proficient)
·Adobe Photoshop (Advanced)
·Adobe suite (Proficient)
·Premier Pro (or alternative video editing software)
·Synthesia
·Microsoft Teams
Other useful but non-essential experience include website design, e-Learning, graphic design and event production.
This role would suit someone who is enthusiastic, approachable and confident with strong communication skills and will be a supportive team leader.
