Role: Client Services Administrator 
Salary: £20k -£25k DOE + benefits, exam help, pension contribution and generous holiday allowance. 
Location: Whiteley, Near Southampton, Hampshire

Our client is a discretionary investment management company providing investment management services and financial planning solutions to private clients. They are a highly successful, privately owned, LLP, with 3 offices in the UK, a channel islands regulated subsidiary and one on-shore and two off-shore fund entities.

The Role

We are recruiting a Client services on-boarding administrator who will be able to progress to technical admin.

The role will report to the Head of on-boarding Administration and the key areas of responsibility are as follows:

  • On boarding and administration
  • Producing packs
  • Policy summaries
  • Booking meetings/contacting client

This is with an additional view to move into the Technical team in the future.

The Person

The successful candidate will be a delivery orientated and well organized individual, with experience within the finance Sector:

  • A general interest in the investment industry
  • Experience in an IFA/Wealth Managers office.
  • Experience in preparing or working with MIFID II
  • Attention to detail and a real focus on accuracy
  • Desire to work hard and succeed in a busy environment
  • Strong team player
