The role

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Client Services Administrator, to be based at our clients Office based in Whiteley.

The role will report to the Head of Client Services. It is a critical post that can provide the successful candidate with a fulfilling career that enables them to develop in a variety of ways whether that be improving their technical knowledge, helping to shape the operating model in a growing company or develop skills to become a financial adviser.

The role includes dealing directly with clients and advisers, whether that be resolving client queries, helping advisers prepare for client meetings and implementing the outcomes of those meetings as well as a variety of project work

The person

The successful candidate will be delivery orientated and a well organised individual, with experience within a financial planning environment. We are looking for someone who is CII or RO part qualified, with a salary which reflects this experience. The following will also be advantageous:

  • Knowledge of investment products ISAs, Pensions, Bonds
  • Experience of using CURO
  • A mathematical disposition evidenced through either exam passes, strong IT knowledge or experience
  • Be degree educated
  • Be a good team player
  • Experience of delivering process improvement
  • A passion for excellent customer service
  • A self-starter

Remuneration

£28,000-£32,000 depending upon experience and knowledge, generous holiday allowance and  benefits (Pension, Income Protection & Death in Service). We will support further study to complete RO qualifications
