Client Services Administrator
Up to £32K Depending on experience
Our highly successful client has just asked us to find an experienced and qualified Client Services Administrator to join their expanding team in Whiteley, Hampshire. The firm is a financial planning company, also providing investment management services to their private clients. They have a fast moving, fast growing dynamic and challenging culture, where everyone feels part of the team and are rewarded for their hard work.
The Client Services Administrator role will report directly to the Head of Client Services and will be an integral part of the Whiteley based team. The successful Client Services Administrator will be dealing with queries and information requests from external clients and advisers, delivering exceptional customer service at all times and will involve a variety of tasks including project work and opportunities to increase technical knowledge, whilst also helping to mould and shape the daily operating model of the company.
The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated and CII RO qualified (partially or fully) with experience gained from a financial planning background and an organised, methodical and delivery orientated approach.
Preferred knowledge, skills and behaviours:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience of using CURO
- Industry knowledge of investment products- ISAs, Pensions and Bonds
- Strong Mathematical and IT skills
- Great attention to detail and a real focus on accuracy
- Have experience of delivering process improvement
- Team Player
This fantastic new Client Services Administrator role is offered with a very competitive salary of up to £32,000 depending upon experience, generous holiday allowance and benefits (pension, Income protection and death in service). Relevant exam support after the successful completion of a probationary period is also offered.
