Office Assistant/Assistant to PA for Chairman of Global company

Are you an experienced Office Administrator/PA living in or around Clifton? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to support the Executive PA for the Chairman of a hugely successful global company working in the family management office.
You will need to be able to demonstrate total integrity and professionalism in this role to communicate effectively with senior level Executives. The role will involve working at a private office based in Clifton reporting to and taking instructions from a full time PA who is responsible for managing the office workloads.
The role will be varied and involves the administration of confidential matters, communication and documentation so a high level of discretion is required. Previous experience dealing with property maintenance management or Family Estate management would be a distinct advantage.
