Role: Accounts/Office Administrator
Location: Bristol City Centre
Hours: Part-time – 18 hours per week flexible over 3 days

Salary: £22,000 pro rata
Are you an enthusiastic and self-motivated accounts administrator looking for a new part-time role? If you have working experience of Sage and purchase ledger you could be the perfect fit for this small innovative company.
Perfect for a someone actively seeking part-time work this role gives you the flexibility to choose your hours – you could decide to work 8:30 – 3pm for 3 days a week.
Working in the centre of Bristol near the major shopping areas you will be reporting to the Managing Director and working in modern refurbished offices with a small accounts team around you.
What will you be doing?
- Invoicing and Credit Control
- Purchase Ledger
- File Maintenance
- Monthly Expenses
- Linking with field base staff
- General office duties
What will we need from you?
- Experience of SAGE (accounts & payroll) software
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work on own initiative
Part-time 18 hours per week – over 3 days. This may increase in time as the role develops.
