Our client, based in the popular Clifton area, is seeking an experienced marketeer to join their team.  This role will be assisting the Marketing Manager and providing coordination and events support, on occasion also supporting the Managing Director.

You will have excellent administrative skills, be an organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude. You will have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in a small but dynamic office based in Clifton and will work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Duties include:

  • To assist in the consistency and management of all marketing material across multiple brands.
  • Social media management
  • Events organisation, booking hotels, schedule and itinerary management
  • To assist with the monthly press releases and all PR activity.
  • To liaise with printers and other suppliers to ascertain quotes.
  • Proofing of marketing material.
    To assist in the content management of the organisations websites, email campaigns.
  • To closely monitor and assist with competitive activity and creative development.
  • General office duties to include answering telephone/sorting post/ invoices/ PO’s/arranging refreshments etc.
    Organising of meetings/greeting visitors.
  • Time/diary management.
  • Organising correspondence and preparing documents for meetings.
  • Co-ordinating and booking travel arrangements
  • Organisation of monthly financial spreadsheets.

What you need….

  • Marketing experience and event management desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support
  • Accurately transcribe audio dictation
  • Deal with incoming calls from clients and other lawyers, taking clear written messages when lawyers are not available

Our client, a global legal firm in Central Bristol is recruiting in their Claims Handling team which handles employment and professional indemnity schemes on behalf of leading insurers but also Solicitor’s negligence.

Day to day work duties:

  • Management of a caseload of professional indemnity claims handling matters within schemes managed by the team
  • Accurately inputting and updating MI
  • Mentoring of junior members of staff, including Legal Apprentices and/or Administration Assistants
  • Attending review meetings, with insurers, brokers and larger insured clients
  • Assisting the Legal Apprentices and/or Administration Assistants with certain administrative functions when required, including setting up new matters and dealing with invoices.
  • Contributing to the development of the team by:
  • Delivering high quality and timely output to clients, ensuring high levels of customer service and alignment with agreed working practices
