Our Business Support team has an opportunity for an administrative assistant to work within the central team providing effective administrative, secretarial, document and post services support on a daily basis.

This is a permanent, full time position, working 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Candidates must be flexible, organised, able to prioritise work and have the ability to work under pressure. Excellent IT skills are essential as is a strong attention to detail.

Key role responsibilities:

  • Administrative and document services work
  • Audio/copy typing along with amending and formatting legal documentation
  • Dealing with enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties and provide effective transfer of information.
  • Working to continuously develop effective ways of working within the team

  • Ensuring that plot sale reservation forms are processed quickly and efficiently through the case management system.
